On Saturday the 18th September 2010, Paul Kingston of Orwell Housing and Steve Gray of SNAP, will be hopping into their canoe, ready & eager to start paddling their way through the River Thames, which begins as a small trickle in the Cotswolds. As dusk approaches, the pair will switch their canoeing skills to tent erecting and will have a well earned sleep in order to build up their energy for the next day. This will be the routine the pair must endure for the next 8 days as the River Thames, from the Cotswolds to the centre of London, is a whopping 200 miles long!
Please sponsor our Super Canoeists on their epic journey – 200 miles in 9 days is a great test of endurance! Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page and please feel free to tell your friends, family and colleagues about our canoeing challenge!
