The West Highland Way Race wasn't enough so I've now decided to tackle the Lakes. I can hear those hills calling me already and god it's going to hurt, ........ again.  This year in July I will be running in the Lakeland 100, a circular route in the Lake District encompassing the whole of the Lakeland fells and including about 6300m of ascent.  The overall cut-off time for the race is 40 hours - I shall be aiming for something in the region of 30 hours or better if everything goes to plan.   This time I'm raising money for Epic Kidz, a charity who provide small grants for volunteer groups organising sporting or recreational activities for children. A worth while cause, so dig deep.
