In August, I will be cycling from Land’s End to John o’Groats to raise money for Farleigh Hospice.

Farleigh provides care to people affected by life-limiting illnesses across mid Essex. All the services provided are completely free of charge to the people of mid Essex and, whilst partly funded by the NHS, it relies heavily on donations to meet a shortfall of £15,595 every single day.

I will be cycling with my friend Chris Ward to celebrate our 60^th birthdays and we will be doing the ride as a relay. Our planned route will cover 1,000 miles and we will each be cycling a minimum of 500 miles.
