Paul Hodges is raising money for Young Lives vs Cancer
Story
My first Trek to Nepal with my good friend Fraser has come around so fast, the preparation both in terms of kit & training has been pretty full on, can't wait to be on the flight out of Manchester so that I can relax. For further details of both the Trek & the lead-in their is plenty of waffle on my cafe blog. With Fraser's help I have decided to combine this trip of a lifetime with supporting CLIC Sargent who are a charitable organisation supporting Children with Cancer. 10 Children everyday receive the devastating news that they have cancer. Upon diagnosis treatment begins immediately but as well as being traumatic it can also be logistically difficult & expensive for both the children & their families. CLIC Sargent provide support at all levels during treatment be they emotional, clinical, practical or finanacial. Together we hope we can raise enough money to donate two wheelchairs to them. Your support would of course be very greatly appreciated by both ourselves & CLIC Sargent.
