I decided to cycle from London to Paris for the Alzheimer's Society because having seen my Father suffer during the last few years of his life with Vascular Dementia I know what it is like for the individual and the family.  Whilst this ride will be tough I hope that by raising funds for Alzheimer's Society more support can be provided for people with dementia, their families and carers.

The ride will start on the 14th September in London, pasing through orchards in Kent before arriving in Calais. We'll then take on the undulating French countryside to visit towns of Arras and Compiegne, taking in views of the River Oise to finally wind down the Parisian streets to finish at the Eiffel Tower on the 17th - 300 miles in total!
