Story
Hi,
On Sunday June 1 I will be taking part in the PruHealth World London Triathlon to raise money for Compasion InWorld Farming. I have been trying to get a place in this event for the past few years without success but this year I got in via the public ballot. I will be competing in the Olympic distance. Starting with a 1.5K swim in the Serpentine, then a 40K bike ride around Hyde Park and finishing with a 10K run.
I have chosen to raise money for Compasion In World Farming because I am a big supporter of their campaign to reduce the suffering of farm animals. I think the work they undertake is outstanding and I want to help in any way I can. Their cause is very close to my heart. It is also a good opportunity to show that living on a vegan diet, as I do, is incredibly healthy.
If you could spare any money and donate towards the cause I and the charities will be very grateful.
