This page is in memory of our Caz who sadly passed away on Thursday 22nd April 2021 following complications after a heart and liver transplant.

Caz was a beautiful, loving and courageous soul who touched the lives of so many people.  Words used to describe Caz  by her family and friends are ....inspirational, loving, passionate, determined, and very brave. Caz had a smile that lit up a room.  She lived life to the full and gave joy, meaning and love to those around her.
