Thank you so much to everyone who donated - you've contributed to raising a significant amount of money for the Alzheimer's Society, and I'm seriously grateful.

I staggered past the finish line at 1 : 28 : 24 which I was really pleased with, and was helped along the way by the ridiculously supportive crowd (especially Chloë, Dom, Avril, Steve, Becks & Pam) with shouts of "Go half-bearded man!", "Go Weird Beard!", and "That man's shaved half his beard off...".

Hopefully I'll see you soon and again, a huge thank you to everyone who donated!

Welcome to my Great 'Ridiculous Beard' South Run page!

I'll be taking part in the Great South Run on the 25 October and am hoping that you'll help me to generate funds for the Alhzeimer's Society.
