Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I will be attempting my first and possibly last marathon  this year in New York,1st November. I will be running for "Get Kids Going", a charity which gives disabled children and young people an opportunity to get involved in various sports. They provide specially adapted sports wheelchairs so disbaled kids can get involved in marathons, triathlons, tennis, athletics, basketball and many other sports. They also provide grants to up and coming young disabled atheltes to help with their training, physiotherapy, travel etc. You can find out more about thier work at www.getkidsgoing.com

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

Many thanks in advance for your generosity.
