I am in bad need of getting fit, with my wedding this year I needed some motivation to get in shape. With RMHC just up the road, and having 2 children born in Arrowe Park Hospital, I can only pray I never need to use the services of RMHC, however 6000 families a year do!! I am hoping to raise £500 which will help buy a set of sofa and chairs for a quiet room in RMHC. Please dig deep, donate and come see me drop dead on the finish line on 13th March (If I make it!!!)
