This year we will be undertaking a variety of fund-raising activities leading up to a trek in the Sahara Desert previously planned for November 2020, now scheduled for October 2021. We will be paying for the cost of the trek ourselves, so all your donations go to fund the work of the charity.

The events arranged so far are:

‘Snowdrop Sunday’ at our house on 16 February 2020 . This included a hot lunch and a walk around the garden to admire the spring bulbs. Sadly we were not able to arrange one for February 2021 due to COVID restrictions. 

A Barn Dance with the amazing Metric Foot Band on 13 March, 2020 , supported by Julie at Move2Lose. .

Peter will also be seeking sponsorship for a 100 km Ultra marathon run, the South West Coast to Coast Challenge, now rearranged for July, 2021. 

We are also offering gardening services in return for a donation, as soon as COVID allows. 

Lindsay is planning to walk 100 miles in March, 2021, as part of a march through March challenge set up by Julie in Move2Lose. 

Julie at Move2Lose has continued to raise funds for EHAAT even during lockdown. A cheque for a further £360 was sent to EHAAT this summer raised from all sorts of activities included sales of face masks, jigsaws, and books. Thanks to everyone who contributed.
