Fifty Shades of Pam!  

On 14th July 2013 I will turn 50 (yes I know I don't look it but I will after this lark believe me!), and to celebrate this landmark I am planning (hoping!) to run my first 10k.  It seems an ideal opportunity to raise money for the Children's Hospice Association so please donate - no amount is too small as of course it all adds up.
