We help the hospital offer a better future to seriously ill children across the UK

Story

I have entered the London marathon again this year and will be running it for Goodman Masson's chosen charity - Great Ormond Street Hospital.

Training started just after Christmas with a trip to St Anton, a GM ski holiday and a few debauchery weekends in the middle of all that.  At the weekend I finished my final bit of training with a 16 mile run - surely it can't be that hard to run another 10 miles!

It's feet up from here and all about diet management.  I will be on a high carb diet which will be further helped with the GM Golf trip to Killarney, Ireland which lands back in London the night before the run. Surely the copius amounts of Guinness will carry me through the last few miles or so.

Please help sponsor a great charity.

PS. Before anyone asks, the picture of me outside a caravan is not me outside my family home.
