In 2014 Paul Francis donated his stem cells to a cancer patient who needed a gift of life. He was able to do so because of the hard work carried out by ACLT founders Beverley De-Gale and Orin Lewis. Paul completed his challenge and got his 6 Pack in February.

Now his friends at 3ness are doing the 6 pack challenge to add their weight to the cause.
