Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Its that time again. Commencing in June 2022 I will take be  taking part part in at least 11 endurance events over the next 12 months in memory of Isabel (Izzy) my 16 year old daughter who died from Meningitis on 20th May 2016. All donations will be in support of Meningitis Now who strive to put an end to this devastating disease and save lives.

Saturday 22nd October to 1stMarch 2023. The Nippy Dippers and Frostbite challenges. At least 12 open water swims during the winter months.Swims will be verified by the submission of  official swim logs. Nippy Dippers offers a medal and Frostbite a sew on badge on completionSunday 22 January 2023. TFE Winter Fan Dance challenge. Walk and ascend Pen Y Fan twice over a 24km circuit carrying a 24lb loade Bergen. Saturday 24th to Sunday 25th June 2023. The Cotswold Way 100km Ultra Challenge. A continuous 100km walk following a circular route through the Cotswolds starting and finishing at the Agricultural College in Cirencester. The distance and timings will be verified by passing through various checkpoints. This is a new  and challenging route.Saturday 2nd and Sunday 3rd August 2023, The 100km South Coast Challenge. A continuous 100km walk starting in Eastbourne and finishing at Arundel Cricket Club. The distance and timing will be verified by passing through various official checkpoints.Saturday 21st October 2023 to 1st March 2024. Nippy Dippers, at least 12 open water swims during the winter months.I will be doing it in skin's and moth balling the wetsuit. To be verified by a swim log submission to the overseeing officials.Saturday 4th November to Monday 13th November 2023  Sumatra Jungle trek: " This four-day trek gives insight into Sumatra’s natural beauty and biological diversity as well as a great opportunity to push yourself out of your comfort zone. This trek requires stamina, a good level of fitness, a positive mental attitude and bucketloads of determination as you will be trekking on steep and uneven terrain through hot and humid primary jungle and stay in basic campsites well off the beaten track. Sunday 22st January 2024. SFE Winter Fan Dance challenge. Walk and ascend Pen Y Fan twice over a 24km circuit carrying a 24lb load Bergen. 11th-12th May 2024. The lap, Lake District challenge. A 75km circuit of lake Windermere. The route is monitored by several official check point and must be completed within 24 hours. A medal and certificate will be issued on completion.Saturday 22nd to Sunday 23rd June 2024. The Cotswold Way 100km Ultra Challenge. A continuous 100km walk following a circular route through the Cotswolds starting and finishing at the Agricultural College in Cirencester. The distance and timings will be verified by passing through various checkpoints. This is a new  and challenging route.Friday 6th to Saturday 7th September 2024. SF Exper it ence,  SAs endurance challenge.64km route March across the Brecon beacons carrying a 24lb Bergen.A timed event with official checkpoints along the route. Sunday 29th September 2024. A 25 mile Cotswolds 5 Valleys Walk organised by Meningitis Now.
