Story
This summer, PADS Valentine and I are moving for PADS! Valentine is one of PADS breeding dogs, and it's important for her to keep fit and healthy so that when she's pregnant, she is in the best condition possible for whelping. It takes approximately $20,000 to care for one one litter of puppies for their first 10 weeks of life. This includes all of the genetic testing for the litter as well as the care for the pregnant dam. Then for each puppy, it takes about $1500 to raise and train the pup through its first year. PADS relies 100% on donations, and there is a very long waiting list for prospective clients, so the more puppies we can raise, the sooner they can go on to change the lives of others.
