Fundraising for Derian House Children's Hospice
£504
raised of £100 target
Owen for Derian, 8 January 2022
We offer respite & palliative care to children, young people & their families

Story

Darwen Vale High School has been raising funds for Derian House Children's Hospice through annual sponsored physical activities for over a decade. For many years it was through a sposored marathon 6.5 hour 'all day non-stop circuit training' event by pupils and staff. This will still take place on March, but we now also have individual sponsored activities by others who do not participate in the event but still wish to raise funds for the charity. All events involve great dedication from the participants in their New Years resolution physical activity. The whole team event is called '1000 Hours for Derian'. Our current total raised is over £42000. Please support us to break the £50000 this year for this amazing and special charity.
