Community Day Saturday 24th February!

We are holding a community day on Saturday the 24th February at 9am.

It will be a hero’s workout in memory of Royal Marine Owen Wason, a tough workout, but one that is inclusive to all abilities. We will also be raising money for PTSD Resolution, as Owen sadly took his own life due to PTSD. We ask each athlete to bring £3 donation (if you would like to donate more that will be great). There will cakes and brownies available to buy on the day, made by Rachel Barras, and also a raffle with some top prizes. All proceeds will go to PTSD Resolution.
