Story

Mi fydd Barry Dannedd Gwyn (uchod, chwith) a fi (y llall) yn hedfan i Dwrci ym Mis Tachwedd er mwyn edrych ar y pafins a gweld os ydyn nhw yn rhai sy'n werth eu powndio. Mi fydd yr asesiad yma yn para 26.2 o filltiroedd ac yn digwydd yn ystod Marathon Istanbul ar 16 Tachwedd 2014. Er bo fi, yn amlwg, yn athletwr naturiol, ar hyn o bryd fi'n chwysu 95% proof Powerade, ma' blisters gyda'n flisters i, a mae'r traed fflat ma'n mynd yn fflatach bob dydd. Fel bod rhyw ddaioni yn dod o hyn, fi'n rhedeg i godi arian at Ganolfan Ganser Felindre. Gwerthfawrogaf unrhyw gyfraniadau gallwch roi!

Barry Shiny Teeth (above left) and I will be going to Turkey soon to assess the quality of their pavements and to see if they're any good for pounding. This survey will take place over 26.2 miles during the Istanbul Marathon on November the 16th.  12 months of training, 5 weeks left. 134 runs. 623 miles. 103 hours of running.

To quote a legendary philosopher and part time Top Gun Instructor :

"It's not about the size of the plane, it's about the size of the runway"

So that some good comes of this, I'm running to raise money for Velindre. All donations gratefully appreciated.
