This July I'll be sweating my way up 3 mountains in aid of a wonderful charity called Cardboard Citizens. 

Cardboard Citizens supports those living on the margins of society, teaching skills that help homeless and excluded people cope with, and improve their lives. Through creative workshops, Forum Theatre, and forum discussions they help to grow confidence and community, and provide a safe space for people to express themselves and reintegrate into society. 

Please join me in raising £500 for this brilliant cause by donating anything you can - it'll make the 8hr ride that little bit more bearable!
