St Giles hospice are a wonderful organization who are involved in pain management and patient care both at home as well as in their actual hospice. They  have teams of nursing staff and St Giles at home carers who do all they can to make life as comfortable and normal as possible for people, while at all times fully respecting the persons wishes. They are only partly funded from the NHS so every contribution goes to actually making someones life a little better.
