Hey Guys,

Thank you for agreeing to sponsor me on the Asics 10k British London run on behalf of the Cassandra Learning Centre. It was a struggle, especially as I was DJing at a BBQ celebration behalf of Cassaandra and Kara till 2am, in bed at 3am up at 7am to prepare for the run. 

I ran a time of 57:28 which is 2 minutes slower than my maiden run last year, but I am a stone heavier, a year older and I may of had one too many pieces of jerk chicken washed down with Brandy and coke. (couldn't resist)

I have pledges for £140 plus £50 from those kind ladies at the Basildon's womens conference.  If you would be so kind as to pay online as the Cassandra Learning Centre can recieve gift aid, failing that I can collect your donation and pay it in online for you.
