Hi guys, 

This summer on the 28th June I will be taking part in a 5Km MUD run/assault course for the Emily Ash Trust. I 

For those of you who aren't familiar with the Emily Ash Trust the work they do to help others is unbelievable. They are a small charity but with a huge heart, who's main aim is to improve the lives of those suffering with cancer and improve the lives of there families.
