Our wonderful Olivia Hope, though born seemingly healthy on 20th January, became unwell 12 days later and was rushed by ambulance to hospital, before being transferred to PICU in Southampton.

We then spent nearly 2 months there getting to know our beautiful, inquisitive and cuddle loving girl while the teams in both PICU and Ocean Ward continued to provide care.  They also carefully supported the wider needs of Mike and I as we barely left her bedside.

As we give thanks for Olivia's life, instead of flowers we'd love donations to go to PICU so they can continue to provide lifesaving care to critically unwell children, as well as the incredible support provided to families.
