Right guys,

As you may have guessed I am running The Great South Run again and this year I'm running for The British Heart Foundation. I've decided to run for this charity as Becky (My Fiance) and many of her family have suffered or are suffering from different heart conditions. I hope to better my time from last year of 1:28:52 or if not better at least equal it!
