OLSR Commonwealth Games Challenge

Fundraising for Birmingham Children’s Hospital Charity
£3,508
raised of £2,500 target
We support Birmingham Children's Hospital to improve the lives of sick children

Story

Our school has been raising money for Birmingham Children's Hospital for a number of years, raising over £15,000 and receiving their prestigious '100 Heroes Award' twice.

We have skipped, danced, walked, and challenged ourselves over the years and 2022 is no different.

This year, the children and staff will take part in a Commonwealth Games Challenge on Thursday 7th July to raise as much money for the 'Transforming Experiences using Virtual Reality' appeal - something which is very close to our heart and we know the technology will be a huge benefit and comfort to those children in the hospital.

We are being sponsored to be as active as possible all day and would really appreciate your support in helping us to achieve our target of £2500.

About the charity

It's bewildering and unsettling for anyone going into hospital but especially for children and that is why we are a fundraising hospital. We raise funds to enhance the experience of our patients by providing state of the art medical equipment and facilities and creating a child-friendly environment.
