This one is for my Dad as quitters never win & winners never quit! Some of you may or may not know that my Dad had a run in with bowel cancer but he kicked it into touch and is still winning!

This will be my 3rd 10k and I hope to complete it in a respectable time & raise lots of money for this fantastic charity!

April is also Bowel Cancer Awareness month so any over 50's out there, go get that poo test organised, as it's a life saver!
