Story

Thank you for visiting our fundraising page. Please dig deep and sponsor us online.

We, as the players of Nottinghamshire County Cricket Club, have decided that we would like to raise as much money as possible through the month of August by growing sponsored Moustaches, hereafter known as Mo's!  This is an idea completely ripped off from the New Zealand month of 'Mo-vember' where the male population adorn ' Mo's for charity!  With your help we can raise as much money as possible for Cancer Research, which is the chosen charity of Paul Franks, this years beneficiary of the Club.

As you can see we are completely prepared to embarrass ourselves both on the field and in our televised matches throughout the month of 'Mo-ugust' as we feel it is only right to suffer some humiliation for such a good cause.  Several marriages and relationships are set to be put to the test, but again it is only for a month and we feel it is a worthwhile (or a good excuse...!)

Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor us: Cancer Research UK will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.

So please sponsor us now!

Many thanks for your support.
