In her very early 20's my friend collapsed, her heart stopped. She was diagnosed with right ventricular arrhythmia. Through years of operations, defibrillator and pace maker being fitter, numerous medications complete life alteration, Katie is now pretty much as fit and healthy as any other 29yr old should be.  I want to raise awareness to everyone that, your heart is so fragile and it must be looked after. It doesn't matter what age you are.
