We pioneer life-saving cancer research to help us beat cancer

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

My friend Nic and I will be running the Race for Life 10k run at Heaton Park, Manchester on Saturday 10th July in aid of Cancer Research UK.  My Nan was diagnosed last year with breast cancer so we are doing the run for her and I hope that you will sponsor me to help raise lots of money for this fantastic charity.

Cancer Research UK is the world's leading independent organisation dedicated to beating cancer through research.

They support research into many aspects of cancer through the work of more than 4,800 scientists, doctors and nurses across the UK.

Their work is entirely funded by the public so the money raised from Race for Life can help them achieve our goals and give hope to people affected by cancer both now and in the future.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

So please dig deep and donate now!
