Thank you so much to everyone who has sponsored me, I am so pleased to have raised over £600 for MacMillan.  It just goes to show what generous family and friends I have, you should all be very proud.  I have just returned home from my run this morning and completed the 5K in my best time yet....26 mins and 34 secs.  I couldn't be more chuffed.  Thanks everyone xx
