I am taking part in the 2nd Tour de ALS starting on the 28th June and going from Bristol to Grangemouth over 5 days on our bikes and to make it a little bit more interesting there are a couple of us adding a day to this ride, by riding from Lutterworth to Bristol just to get warmed up on the day before.
