I am taking part in the Scottish Half Marathon in Edinburgh on 19th Sep 15 as well as the Great Scottish Run on 4th Oct 15.

My aim is to raise as much donations for the Cystic Fibrosis Trust as possible and raise awareness along the way.

Cystic fibrosis (CF) is a genetic condition which affects the lungs and digestive system by clogging them up with thick, sticky mucus, making it hard to breathe and digest food. Each week five babies are born with cystic fibrosis, and two people die. Currently there is no cure and CF affects over 10,000 people in the United Kingdom alone.
