Charlie Bear is dedicated to raising money for the Northern Centre for Cancer Care at the Freeman Hospital in Newcastle. The current appeal is to fund a new state of the art radiotherapy machine which will treat both adults and children who have cancer. The machine will treat patients more quickly and more effectively than ever before in fewer treatments.
