Myself,  my husband Rob, Lauren and her fiancé Mark are going to be doing the Great Notts Bike Ride to help raise funds for the Big Neonatal Appeal. Collectively we will be cycling a total of 250 miles!! Lauren and I will be doing  25 miles each, which we think will be difficult enough, however Rob and Mark have chosen to do 100 miles each!! We wanted to set ourselves a challenge and I think Rob and Mark have exceeded that!! We’re not sure our legs or bums will thank us for this, but hopefully raising a lot of money for a great cause will make it worth while. 

For those who don’t know Myself and Lauren work on the Neonatal unit at Nottingham city hospital, it is a great place work and the team is fantastic however we need your help raising funds for the Big Neonatal Appeal. 

The Big Neonatal Appeal needs to raise £4m to provide vital support to the neonatal teams as part of the Big Appeal for Nottingham’s Children’s hospital, by supporting us on our challenge your donations will help transform care for our tiniest patients and their families. Any donations are much appreciated and will be going to a great cause so please help us reach our target.
