I am doing the CHASE Superheroes Night Walk on 22nd May because I believe this is a fabulous cause. CHASE offers nursing, practical and emotional support to families with life-limited children and teenagers across Surrey, South West London and Sussex.  Dedicated help is given, starting immediately from diagnosis, through bereavement and beyond - 365 days a year at no cost to the families at all.
