On Monday 1st August, I will be taking part in The UK 3 Peaks Challenge - Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowdon.

I am hoping to raise as much funds as possible for an amazing local charity, Signposted Cymru.

Signposted Cymru is based at Cynon Linc, Aberdare.  They offer initial and immediate intervention for individuals struggling, suffering, and needing support with mental health and well-being issues.
