My friends and I are doing a sponsored walk across the Forth Road Bridge to raise money (and awareness) for PHA UK. This walk will take place on Friday 25 November (weather permitting!!)

The reason I have chosen to support this charity is because my mum was diagnosed with Pulmonary Hypertension just under 4 years ago. I had never heard of the illness before as it is a rare condition which affects people of all ages, race and gender.
