You may or may not know, although I think I've mentioned it once or twice 😂, I was lucky to be selected for a ballot place in the London marathon 2023. Never for a second did I think I'd get in but training is now very much under way. 

I hadn't considered raising money for charity because of the ballot, but it seems a waste to work so hard and not allow others to benefit from it. Prostate cancer is unfortunately close to home currently and gives me a personal incentive to make this worth while.

I've just returned home from a sunny half marathon and felt inspired to do this while running through the woods. So please, if you can afford anything, I know times are extremely tough for us all currently, but your support no matter how big or small will give me the motivation to keep running.
