At some point in our lives nearly all of us will be been affected by cancer, whether it's watching a loved one battle it, losing someone you love or holding your friends hand as their life is torn apart.  It is a bloody horrible situation for everyone involved, the fear, helplessness & the unknown.

Cancer isn't ageist, sexist, racist, its not even gingerist and sadly, at some point, it will affect all of us.

Macmillan don't promise to make it go away but they will do their best to make it that little bit easier for you. That could be sorting the mundane day to day nonsense that you can really do without such as help sorting out your bills or arranging transport for the endless hospital trips. Or it could be the truly amazing Macmillan nurses, it's really hard to put into words what a difference these nurses make to their patient & their families but I think 'Angel' is a pretty good one
