We fund facilities, equipment & care to fight Cancer in South West Wales

Story

10 members of the Swansea Head and Neck team have signed up for the Men'sHealth Survival of the Fittest challenge in September to raise money for Golau the official charity of the  South West Wales cancer centre, Singleton Hospital. 
The challenge involves a 10k run with obstacles include scaling a 10ft  wall and 'running' through the river Taff in Cardiff.
The intrepid team includes : 
Elizabeth Birch (Palliative Care Consultant)
Eurig Roberts (husband of Macmillan SLT Bethan)
James Owens (Restorative Dentistry Consultant)
Laysan Pope (ENT Consultant)
Lisa Love-Gould (Macmillan Clinical Lead SLT)
Martin Rolles (Consultant Oncologist)
Nicola Cole (Macmillan SLT)
Ria Lewis (Macmillan Lymphodema Physio)
Russell Banner (Consultant Oncologist)
Sali Curtis ( Macmillan SLT)

About the charity

Our Cancer Centre based at Singleton hospital is for all patients in South West Wales. We provide cancer care to patients who would normally be cared for in other health boards. South West Wales Cancer Centre sits under our umbrella charity, Swansea Bay Health Charity
