It seemed like a good idea at the time...

The Rat Race is a 13 mile, giant obstacle course with lots of mud and a bit of swimming thrown in for good measure. It's going to be a challenge (for me more than Nick, admittedly), but far less of a challenge than living with MS day in, day out.

So for Josie, Adrian and all those who know MS, we're putting our best foot forward to beat this beast of a condition!
