Next weekend, Sunday 28 September  is going to a big weekend.  A number of my friends are taking part in the Dawlish Triathlon. A team has been formed called Henry's Triathletes.  We are raising money for the Children's Trust whom is looking after Henry, a very dear friend of mine' son.  He contracted a life threatening illness nearly a year ago and is now been looked after in a specialist hospital, a long way from home.  His life has drastically changed and for his family.  For those with young children, this scenario is just unthinkable and myself and two others, Linda and Ali from my work at the NHS have joined forces to do the triathlon together to raise money for the Children's Trust.
