Story

Hello all!

Welcome to my Just Giving page! I'm here to raise funds for the ME Association by selling my ultra snazzy Christmas cards. You can buy them here at: www.etsy.com/shop/rockpaperlizard

I am also encouraging my friends and family to donate to this page through my annual online advent calendar project. Every year I create a unique set of 24 illustrations for advent which I post online for friends and family to enjoy. You can follow them on my blog www.alittlebitaskew.blogspot.com

Two very dear friends of mine live with ME, listening to them and beginning to understand the difficulty they face in their day to day lives has really opened my eyes to the often devastating effect ME can have on it's sufferers and those who care for them. My friends have inspired me to do something to help, which is why I am fundraising for the ME Association. It is a fantastic organisation which is committed to furthering research into ME and supporting those affected by it.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity. So it’s the most efficient way to donate – saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

The ME Association campaigns hard to get ME recognised as a severe neurological illness. Our helpline provides essential information and support to adults and children who have ME/CFS, and to their families and carers. We also fund biomedical research into the physical nature and causes of ME/CFS.
