I’m Nick and I have chronic kidney disease. CKD affects between 8% and 10% of the adult population. In the UK, there are 3m people living with CKD and a further estimated 1m who don’t know they have it  

I am now on dialysis as I wait on the waiting list for a transplant. The average wait is three years or 1000 days.

To recognise this and the other CKD sufferers (and their family and friends), I am going to walk 1000KM in total by the end of 2022 and I’d love to raise £1000
