Having recently attended the Norwood property lunch, I was touched and inspired by the charity and the great work that they do to help so many .

Each year Norwood supports over 2,500 people from children and families facing challenges in their lives due to additional educational needs, mental health or severe wellbeing issues to anyone of any age with learning disabilities or autism.

I decided I wanted to help make a difference , and so I will be cycling (yes cycling!) 568km in Botswana over a 5 day period. The challenge will be tough and mentally testing and for those of you that know me, this really is pushing myself out of my comfort zone. I hope you will be able to show your support in making a small donation to help Norwood continue their great work.
