Stupidly, I let myself get volunteered to do the 10K run. (Thanks Russ!!) It will be the last run I will be doing before going to see my friend Mr Lankester and having some keyhole on both my knees!

'Fool' I hear you shout! Yes, you are probably right but I am intending to raise as much money for Polio Plus. A worthy cause in ridding the world of Polio.
