Child Rescue Nepal has a special place in my heart, I worked for them for three years in Nepal (they were called EBT then). I've also been a trustee there for about 5 years now. 

Around 100 of the children in the CRN refuge danced down the road leading my procession to Rama and my Nepali wedding. Sadly a decade on, children still need to be rescued from slavery in Nepal which is pretty awful, small boys working in restaurants or factories, girls being sexually exploited in hotels. All under 16. Spending time with them it's amazing how quickly the CRN team turn their lives around, supporting them to return to their families wherever possible, or guiding them into, safe, independent adult life where that's more appropriate.

Please give what you can and the Drapers' Company will double it.

Last time I ran the marathon was 20 years ago, I was a few weeks short of my 20th Birthday and tried it on one training run, there's a lot more training doing on this time! Hoping this time I'll be the right side of 4 hours...
