We support our hospitals and clinics to provide outstanding patient care

Story

Every year 1.1m babies die from the complications of premature birth. Premature birth is the cause of 70% of infant death and long term disability.

Borne is
research programme which looks to understand why this happens and therefore reduce these unacceptably high figures.

On a personal note, this subject and Borne are very close to our hearts as we lost our son Freddie at term in early 2011 and in late 2012 the team behind Borne saved our daughter Bee's life.

We would ask you to give as generously as possible as the research will help families here in the UK and in partner hospitals in Africa and beyond.

Thank you

Nick (& Hetty, Charlie and Bee)
