Last year I did the Round the Harbours cycle race and with the help of my generous friendas and acquaintances, raised a substantial sum for BHF.

This year, myself and a bunch of my colleagues are running a 10km road race in London in July and I'm supporting a different charity - Macmillan Cancer Support. And I'm doing this in memory of my father who received great support from Macmillan in the last few weeks of his all too short life.
